We are a paint manufacturing company by the name of Jaydeep Petrochem Co Pvt Ltd. Operating under the brand name “Huekkor Paints” which is wholly owned by the parent company mentioned above with registered address under GST as R.S. No. 92/6,7, 93/16, Kalitheerthal Kuppam, Thirukkanur Main road, Mannadipet Commune, Pondicherry – 605107.

Huekkor PaintPro App is basically meant to provide an incentive by way of points convertible into monetary value based on a conversion rate. These points can be redeemed by scanning the QR code present in our paint tins upon purchase of the same. It will also send relevant information about the company’s products, schemes operated during the time period, technical information or product launch information or any such information.

We collect, store & use the following personal data,

• Registration Data: During registration into our app, we collect basic KYC data such as your mobile number, Email ID, government ID number, area of residence, bank details for withdrawals, date of birth, language preferred. These are mandatory data needed to proceed with the registration
• Identity Data: We also ask you to provide a soft copy of your government issued ID (Adhaar, PAN or Driving license) to verify your identity
• Contact Data: We ask for your mobile number & Email ID when we want to communicate with you
• Location Data: We ask for the optional location data for scanning the QR & for push notifications to understand where the products are used from.
• User Data: We collect your usage preference details based on the language used, location, products scanned, withdrawals etc
• Marketing / Technical Data: We may use data about your preferences to send targeted ads about our products to you

• We use certain data such as the registration data, Identity data, contact data, location data to complete your log-in and to verify your identity, as part of KYC, rewards & to prevent any fraudulent scanning
• We also use some of your data to give information about relevant products, understand location wise preferences of our products, statistical analytics & to pay rewards

• Third Party service providers: We engage third party business services for hosting, providing support for the app and the like.
• SMS / OTP Push providers
• We do not sell your data to any third-party organisations

We generally keep your data as long as required to provide support & fulfil the purposes of why we collect your data as mentioned above. We may choose to retain your data for other periods of time to revive your account (in-case of inactivity), legal purposes or any such cases. In cases where the data is no longer required for legal purposes or otherwise, your personal data will be securely deleted or destroyed or anonymised (used only for statistical purposes)

We hold your personal data with utmost care & security and put in place a mechanism so as to prevent your data from being accidently lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit the access to your personal data only to those employees / third parties that have a business to know.

Where any OTP is provided by the third-party providers, you are responsible for keeping it secure and ensure it does not leak out to any unauthorised person & keeping it confidential.

• Access to your personal data: As part of your right, you are entitled to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Alter your data: Where any information about you is incorrect or changed due to any reasons, you can request us to alter the same and it will be done so in a reasonable amount of time
• Deletion of your account & data: Where you no longer want to engage in using the app or do not want your data to be held by us, you can send a formal request to do so and we will initiate the deletion of your account & information

We are committed to provide a child-friendly platform so as to not disclose any information / restrict the use of our app to children under the age of 16 years.

We may change our policy from time to time wherein you will receive the update of the changes before commencement of use
